Merry Christmas! {Cake Pops, Cupcakes & Cookies}

Just popping in to say thank you for being so sweet to me this year – you’re all wonderful and your compliments and orders have been a huge blessing to me!

Merry Christmas from my family, The Atwater’s, to you and your family!!

And if you missed this funny on Facebook…

*No animals were harmed in the making of our Christmas cards!!*

And of course, I couldn’t go without sharing a few last minute Christmas treats I’ve delivered the past few days!

Here are some super glittery, sparkly red velvet cake pops!  These were red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting, dipped in colored white almond bark then decorated with different colors of Disco Dust!

Then some sweet little mini cupcakes – nothing too fancy, chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and Christmas sprinkles.

And last… Christmas cookies!  These sugar cookies are decorated with homemade fondant, Satin Ice red fondant and royal icing!   Check out all those links for recipes and tutorials!

Merry Christmas!!

    Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thank you for sharing your wonderful work and tips all year long. I just recently tried making cake pops, but nothing as perfect as yours. Mine don’t come out perfectly round, they come out clumpy and odd shaped, how do you make them round? Do you have a tutorial on how you make cake pops? Would greatly appreciate any tips.
    Thank you!

    • I used to hand roll them and it just takes lots of practice to get them really good and round! But a few months back, I won that cake ball roller and it makes my life SO much easier!! I don’t have a tutorial for them, but I recommend watching the videos posted on Amazon with the Bakerella/Cake Pops book (here). Just scroll to the bottom for the videos – the older one titled “Cake Pops” is the tutorial that got me going!

    I was wondering if you had a tutorial on how to do these cake pops? How do you get all the glitter to stay on???
