This recipe for Perfectly Grilled Hamburgers is easy and delicous! I also share some tips to perfect your grilling experience.

			- 2 pounds lean ground beef
 - 1 packet dry onion soup mix
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 tablespoon garlic salt
 
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. It’s best to do this with your hands 🙂
 - Divide the mixture into 10-12 patties. Use the back of a spoon to make an indention in each patty.
 - Let them come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
 - Place on a hot grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes before flipping. You’ll know it’s time when the burger easily releases from the grill and the juices have started to accumulate in the patties.
 - Flip over and cook another 3-5 minutes. Biggest tip: ONLY FLIP ONCE. And don’t smush them down – that dries them out!
 - Serve immediately.
