This Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal is healthy, wholesome, filling and delicious!

6 cups Old Fashion Quaker Oats
1 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, applesauce, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla extract. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
You can prepare it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before baking.
Best served warm but we also love it at room-temperature for an afternoon snack!
