This Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal is healthy, wholesome, filling and delicious!
Ingredients

- 6 cups Old Fashion Quaker Oats
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, applesauce, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla extract. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
- You can prepare it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before baking.
- Best served warm but we also love it at room-temperature for an afternoon snack!
