Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad is creamy, crunchy, and one of the best chicken salad recipes ever. With simple ingredients, this easy recipe is perfect for lunch, a baby shower, or even a quick dinner. The festive addition of dried cranberries makes it even better as a holiday chicken salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
  • 3/4 a cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 a cup of Sweet Relish
  • 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of Dill Weed
  • 1/2 a cup of Crushed Pecans
  • 1 cup of Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your chicken, cranberries, and pecans in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined by hand.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
