Description

This Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack Dip is a rich, cheesy, and savory appetizer. Cream cheese, sour cream, shredded chicken, cheddar, and crispy bacon create a creamy base, while ranch dressing mix and other seasonings add bold flavor. Served in a soft Hawaiian bread bowl, it’s perfect for scooping with crackers, celery or other dippers. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 cup of Shredded Chicken (I used Rotisserie)
  • 1/2 a cup of Mild Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 a cup of Crumbled Cooked Bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1/2 a packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Round Loaf of Hawaiian Bread
  • Chopped Green Onions (topping)
  • Shredded Cheese (topping)
  • Crumbled Bacon (topping)
  • Crackers, Chips, and/or Fresh Veggies (for dipping/optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the center out of your bread. Pull apart the center, (after it is removed), making bite size pieces. Set aside.
  2. Place your cream cheese, sour cream, chicken, cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and Worcestershire Sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix on high until very well combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into the center of your prepared bread bowl.
  5. Top with leftover bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
  6. Surround with your bread bites or other dippers.
  7. Serve and enjoy! This will be a family favorite, I guarantee it!

Nutrition information is approximate. Calories and other measurements do not include the bread bowl or dippers, which is added separately.
