- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 12–ounce packages frozen corn
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 8–ounce package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup bacon bits or 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar Jack cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the butter to the pan.
- When the butter is melted, add the corn and saute until the kernels are softened.
- Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese to the pan and stir to mix. Continue stirring until the cream cheese is melted.
