Description

This Donut Snowman is the best Christmas morning breakfast for your kiddos! It’s easy, fast, and fun, and your kids will love these mini donuts on a stick! These are also perfect for classroom snacks, kids’ Christmas parties or a fun activity at home with your kids during the holidays!

Ingredients

  • Mini powdered sugar donuts
  • Mini m&ms
  • Black sprinkles
  • Mini reese’s cups (unwrapped)
  • Multicolored sour strips
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Cake pop sticks
  • Cellophane bags
  • Ribbon

Instructions

  1. Place three powdered sugar donuts on a cake pop stick or wooden skewer. Be careful and have extras when sliding the donuts on a stick – sometimes, they will split down the middle.
  2.  Place a mini Reese’s cup on top of the donut. This will act as the snowman’s hat.
  3.  Press one mini M&M for each button in the donut hole of the bottom two donuts.
  4.  In the center of the top donut, press in an orange M&M for the snowman’s nose.
  5.  Press black sprinkles (sugar pearls) into the top donut for the eyes.
  6.  Break pretzel stick in half and press the halves onto either side of the middle donut.
  7.  Make a sour strip and wrap it around the snowman’s “neck” to act as a scarf.
  8.  If sending it to school for snacks, place it into a cellophane bag and tie it with a ribbon!

Notes

  • These are great to bring in for a child’s Christmas classroom party, Christmas party favors, or just a fun activity to do at home with kiddos.
  • If you cannot find cake pop sticks, you can use a skewer, cut to the length you need.
  • These will keep in their bags for 5 days! (Or in an airtight container if you aren’t using cellophane bags).
