8 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 sweet onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
28 oz can of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
