Easy Fish Tacos with Creamy Lime Sauce – this is a game day meal that you can have ready to go in 20 minutes or less and the whole family can enjoy them!
When the weekend gets here, there’s nothing I want more than to get out of the kitchen and enjoy some family time! For us, that often includes watching a few football games and eating an easy meal that I can pull together quickly.
Lately, one of our go-to meals has been tacos. More specifically, fish tacos! They have to be the easiest tacos I’ve ever made and maybe some of the most delicious as well. Add in the fact that I serve them in Old El Paso Taco Bowls and they’re just about perfect!
Speaking of… do you ever discover a new product that you just fall in love with and have to buy again and again? That’s how it was for us when we discovered the Old El Paso Taco Bowls in Walmart! My kids go crazy for this fantastic way to enjoy a taco! Honestly, the hubby and I do too 😉 They’re just FUN!
Easy Fish Tacos with Creamy Lime Sauce
Okay, so my secret for these tacos is tri-fold. First – Old El Paso Taco Bowls. Second, frozen fish fillets. Third, easy, delicious Creamy Lime Sauce.
While the fish fillets are cooking, whip up the sauce and then you can easily assemble the tacos in just minutes! This sauce is super easy – it’s made of sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh cilantro, lime juice & salt! I whisk it all together and enjoy it immediately!
I like to set out all the taco bowls, fill them with shredded lettuce and/or cabbage, top with diced tomatoes, chopped up cooked fish fillets, shredded cheese, then the Creamy Lime Sauce.
I also warm up some Old El Paso Refried Beans as a side dish and we have a full meal ready in around 20 minutes and then we can Score Big Flavor and enjoy game day!
