Description

These Easy Peanut Butter Brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of chocolate and peanut butter flavor. Made with brownie mix (or your favorite brownie recipe) and a creamy peanut butter swirl, this simple peanut butter brownie recipe is a quick, delicious dessert for any peanut butter fan.

    1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
    2. Add the brownie mix, water, egg, and vegetable oil to a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer or whisk to mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
    3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
    4. Drizzle the peanut butter over the top of the batter. Use as much or as little as you like. I sometimes add a couple of extra spoonfuls for even more peanut butter flavor and creaminess.
    5. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
    6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs. *Note – adjust baking time based on the instructions on the box of brownies that you use.
    7. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
    8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
