January's Favorite Things post was pretty popular so I'm going to try to keep it up! Here are some of my My Favorite Things {February 2017}.
The list this month has three of my favorite kitchen/cake things, then a couple of other random things that I'm throwing in just for fun (and because I truly love them!!).
MY FAVORITE THINGS {FEBRUARY 2017}
1. Copper Wire LED String Lights. First up - the tiny fairy lights on our mantle. I may never take them down. We hung them at Christmas but they add such a fun, festive feel to our rustic living room - I just can't bring myself to move them. We did take down the stockings, but the ladder is still there with lights and the ones draped underneath are still hanging (a little neater than in that pic). I only wish I had a photo do to them justice - they're just magical 🙂
2. The Mat. I've written whole posts about The Mat before (here and here), but when I was using it earlier this month, I was reminded of how much I love this cake tool. It's amazing how much easier covering cakes with fondant is when you use the Mat. I have the Pro size and the mini Mat and I've been using them for years! If you haven't ever tried one - give it a try! I bet you'll be hooked!
3. My Pillow. Okay - so I've heard jokes and people poking fun at the My Pillow commercials, but considering that I have chronic neck and back pain, I was desperate enough to buy a My Pillow and give it a try. Ya'll. These pillows are incredible. I will likely never sleep on another brand of pillow. It hasn't completely alleviated my neck pain, but it's dramatically improved since I've been sleeping on these and my husband loves his too! I went from daily neck pain to now only hurting once or twice a month. I will not leave home without mine! (Yes, they're pretty expensive, but worth every penny!!)
Alrighty… that’s all I’ve got for you this month!
I’d love for you to leave me a comment telling me some of your favorite things!

I also love the beaker cups. I even gave a set to my son-in-law for Christmas. They are perfect for prep work. I measure my flavorings, oils, and other liquids, and stand them on the counter until I'm ready to add to my recipe.
