Looking for fun things to do with Pop Rocks for New Year’s Eve or the 4th of July? Look no further than these Red White and Blue Marshmallows made with Pop Rocks. These Firecracker Marshmallow Pops are so easy and fun and kids will love them!
Ingredients

- 6 Red, White, and Blue Straws (found mine at Walmart)
- 18 Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of Red Pop Rocks
- 1/4 cup of Blue Pop Rocks
- 1/4 cup of Blue Sugar Sprinkles
- 1/4 cup of Red Sugar Sprinkles
- Water
- Toothpicks
- Patriotic Ribbon (optional)
Instructions
- Start by mixing your red sugar with your red pop rocks and your blue sugar with your blue pop rocks. Set aside.
- Put one marshmallow on the end of a toothpick and dip 3 to 4 times in your water.
- Immediately following dip into your red pop rocks and sugar. Make sure the entire marshmallow is coated.
- Push a straw through the center of the marshmallow.
- Add two more marshmallows to the straw.
- Dip the one on the end in water, followed by your blue sugar mixture.
- Repeat this process until all your marshmallows and straws are used up.
- Tie ribbon around each straw if you wish. Serve and enjoy!
