Description

This Grinch Charcuterie Board is a fun, festive, and eye-catching holiday appetizer that doubles as a Christmas centerpiece. Made with simple ingredients and fresh fruit, it’s an easy way to bring a little whimsy to your holiday spread – perfect for Christmas parties, family gatherings, or a cozy movie night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.25 lbs green seedless grapes
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 25 slices of pepperoni
  • 4-5 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4-6 raisins
  • 1 heart sprinkle

Instructions

    1. Turn your board vertically so you have plenty of space to build the Grinch from top to bottom. Start by placing the salami along the bottom edge to form the “collar.”
    2. Add a single row of grapes right above the salami, then tuck in a few rosemary sprigs to shape the Grinch’s crooked little smile.
    3. Fill in the rest of the face with grapes, packing them in close together so you get a nice, full Grinch face.

    4. Cut two triangles from the cheddar cheese slices, rounding the top corners slightly to soften the shape. Set them in place for the eyes, then add a raisin (or part of one) on each for the pupils.

    5. Use small pieces of rosemary above the eyes to give him those iconic Grinchy eyebrows.

    6. Add the heart sprinkle right in the center as his nose.

    7. Place a strip of Swiss cheese across the top of his forehead for the trim of the Santa hat. Cut another small piece of Swiss into a rectangle, snip little fringe cuts into one end, and you’ve got the tassel.

    8. Add the pepperoni above the cheese trim to form the red part of the hat. Tuck the Swiss tassel under one of the pepperoni slices so it hangs off to the side.

    9. Once everything is in place, it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
