Description

These adorable Grinch fruit kabobs are made with juicy green grapes, banana slices, fresh strawberries, and a mini marshmallow on top… and they come together in just 15 minutes with no baking at all! They’re the perfect way to add a healthy holiday snack to your holiday party spread, and kids absolutely love them. Budget-friendly, made with simple ingredients, and just about the cutest festive treats you’ll ever put on a platter!

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the green grapes.
  2. Hull the strawberries and remove the stems.
  3. Slice the banana into 12 even pieces.
  4. Thread a green grape onto each toothpick or small skewer. This will be the Grinch’s head.
  5. Add a banana slice on top of the grape. This slice represents the white fluff of the Santa hat.
  6. Thread a strawberry, pointed end facing up, on top of the banana slice to form the Santa hat.
  7. Finish off the kabob by adding a mini marshmallow to the tip of the strawberry for the pom-pom.
  8. Arrange the Grinch fruit kabobs on a festive platter.
  9. Serve immediately for the best taste and appearance.

Notes

  • To prepare these in advance, dip the banana slices in lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
  • Use sturdy toothpicks or small skewers to ensure the kabobs hold together well.
  • Get creative and add small candy eyes to the grapes for an extra touch of character!
