Description

There cannot be a better way to kick off a birthday morning than Homemade Funfetti Pancakes! These are from-scratch fluffy pancakes filled with rainbow sprinkles and drizzled with vanilla frosting!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Frosting
  • Additional Sprinkles (optional)
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Start by adding your melted butter, sugar, eggs, and extracts to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Sift together your flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add to your wet ingredients and mix.
  5. Start adding your milk one cup at a time until you achieve your desired thickness. A little thinner than cake batter.
  6. Add in your sprinkles and fold into your batter.
  7. Heat up your griddle and grease well.
  8. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto your griddle.
  9. Let your pancake cook until the top becomes bubbly and the edges cooked, then flip.
  10. Cook until golden brown on both sides and remove from the griddle.
  11. Place your icing in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Drizzle over your pancakes and top with sprinkles.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy. Prepare to want these every morning!
