Description
This Hot Pink Valentine's Day Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for your sweetheart. This is a creamy vanilla cheesecake colored hot pink and decorated with bright and fun Valentine's sprinkles. Date night at home just got better with this special treat!

- (2) 8 oz. packages of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 a cup of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Yolk
- 1 sleeve of Graham Crackers
- 4 tablespoons of Sugar
- 5 tablespoons of Melted Butter
- Hot Pink Gel Food Coloring
- Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
- Small 7-inch Springform Pan
- Cooking Spray
- 1 cup of Water
Instructions
- Start by prepping your crust. Place your graham crackers in a food processor and process until fine.
- Add in 4 tablespoons of sugar and your melted butter, and mix until well combined.
- Spray your springform pan with cooking spray, and press your crumb mixture into the bottom of your pan, and slightly up the sides. Set aside.
- In your mixer add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and egg yolk.
- Mix on high until smooth.
- Add in your food coloring and mix again until well combined and hot pink color is achieved.
- Pour batter over crust.
- Place the pan in your instant pot sling.
- Add one cup of water to your instant pot.
- Pressure cook for 30 minutes.
- Naturally vent for 15 and then release.
- Blot any excess water with a paper towel.
- Let cool down to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Add sprinkles on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- If you do not wish to use an Instant Pot, bake in a water bath at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
