It’s almost Christmas and if you’re looking for a great appetizer or charcuterie board for your party or gathering, this Christmas Tree Charcuterie board is it! This board is so easy to make and no cooking is required! Just pull together your favorite meats, cheeses and a few other filler items and you’re set in no time with the perfect holiday appetizer!

- 1.5 oz. of Fresh Rosemary
- 5.3 oz. Cranberry Cheese Wedge
- 1 cup of Olives
- 1/2 a cup of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- Roasted and Salted Pecans
- Fresh Cranberries
- Salami Slices
- Pepperoni Slices
- Sliced Colby Cheese
- Crackers
Instructions
- Start by outlining your tree. Make a simple triangle with your fresh rosemary. Set a few pieces aside.
- Create a diagonal line in the center with your sliced cranberry cheese.
- Use your cookie cutter to cut a star shape out of your cranberry cheese, and place at the top of the tree.
- Create a small triangle at the top of your tree with pecans as shown.
- Create two more diagonal lines with fresh cranberries at the top and at the bottom.
- Add olives to the bottom corner and just below your pecans.
- Fold your pepperoni slices in half and add between your cranberries and cranberry cheese.
- Cut your salami slices in half and add just below your cranberry cheese.
- Fill in the remaining gaps with cheese slices and leftover pecans.
- Add some fresh rosemary to any bare spots.
- Surround with crackers, and toothpicks.
- Add your cranberry sauce to a bowl and add to the top corner.
