Description

Easy Pine Cone Cheese Ball with Almonds & Bacon is a fun and delicious appetizer… and it’s impressive!! It’s also a keto-friendly recipe – with cheese, bacon, and almonds! Make this cheese ball for a Christmas party, church get-together, or family gathering this holiday season!

Ingredients

Scale
  • (2) 8 oz. packages of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • (1) 2 oz. package of Buddig Beef (diced)
  • 3/4 cup of Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon of Dill Weed
  • 1/2 a cup of Cooked Bacon (diced)
  • 16 oz. of Whole Almonds
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Crackers (for dipping)

Instructions

Start by placing your cream cheese, shredded cheese, beef, green onions, dill weed, and bacon in a large bowl.

Knead until well combined. Use a large spoon if you don’t want to use your hands. 

Roll into a large ball and place on a plate.

Shape into a pinecone shape or long triangle.

Cover cheese ball in almonds, keeping them slightly slanted as you go.

Place rosemary at the top for pine needles.

Surround with crackers.

Serve and enjoy!
