Today I’m sharing this very bright Lime Green & Turquoise Zebra Stripes Cake! There’s not a whole lot to say about this cake except it’s bright… very, very bright!
I haven’t made one in quite awhile now, but this cake was neapolitan… chocolate and strawberry mixed with the cream cheese frosting filling!
I hand rolled all the balls for the border. I’ve found the easiest way to do this is to roll out a long “rope” of fondant, then use a knife to cut it into small sections, then roll each little section into a ball. They don’t always come out the exact same size, but close enough!
For the number on top, I used cookie cutters from the Wilton 101 Cookie Cutters set and once again attached black on the back to make the numbers really pop!
And that’s it… I’m pretty sure this is my brightest cake EVER!
