A couple of weeks ago I shared with you that we were learning about Chinese New Year and enjoying the flavors of the holiday with Easy Potsticker Stir Fry. We tried more Ling Ling Asian Foods this week when we had Fried Rice on a busy night when I needed an easy, stress-free meal.
With my daughter’s accident last week, the past few days have been a blur and honestly, making meals has been a challenge. Thanks to some wonderful family and friends, a couple of our meals were taken care of. PS – what a huge blessing! But then it was time for me to take back over and cook for my family.
One of the first things I saw when opening my freezer to make a supper plan was the Ling Ling Fried Rice. I’m so glad I had it on hand!
Our family really loves Asian-inspired foods and one of my boys has been begging for fried rice. This was the perfect easy meal to fit into our busy, overwhelmed life right now. Bonus – I didn’t have to drive anywhere to get it!
The dish was so easy to make and we loved it. Paired with potstickers, it was a full, delicious meal. We were able to enjoy the ease of take-out without actually having to leave home and I didn’t have to use a lot of brain-power thinking up a meal in the midst of this very stressful week.
Ling Ling Asian Foods
Granted the past few days were especially hard, but stressful weeks are not new to us. It seems like between homeschooling, piano lessons, Girl Scouts and dozens of other activities always happening in our big family, supper is almost always rushed.
But having Ling Ling Asian Foods in the freezer means being able to have a hot meal ready in 30 minutes or less, any night of the week. That makes dinner time a little less crazy and a lot more enjoyable. A win-win for sure!
Besides all that – the food is really good. The Ling Ling Fried Rice has authentic flavors from Japan and China. The recipes are expertly crafted and made with tender vegetables, delicious proteins and flavor-infused rice that tastes great down to the last grain. We all loved it!
