Description

Sweet, simple, and berry-licious, this Little Debbie strawberry shortcake ice cream is a yummy and easy springtime treat. Easily made with common ingredients and no special equipment, you can have a batch of this homemade strawberry shortcake ice cream ready to enjoy in no time!

Ingredients

2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream

4 oz. of Cool Whip

1 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 teaspoons of Vanilla

(6) Strawberry Shortcakes (crumbled)

Strawberry Glaze

(1) Strawberry Shortcake (crumbled)

Bread Pan

Instructions

  1. Start by beating your heavy whipping cream until it becomes thick.
  2. Add in your cool whip and beat again until it becomes stiff.
  3. Add in your condensed milk and vanilla.
  4. Beat until well combined.
  5. Add in your 6 crumbled shortcakes and fold in.
  6. Fill your bread pan a forth of the way with ice cream batter and top with strawberry glaze.
  7. Repeat, and top with your final crumbled shortcake, and additional strawberry glaze.
  8. Freeze overnight.
  9. Serve with half a shortcake and enjoy!
