You are just amazing! I have never done fondant before but absolutely love the results. My problem is that I always worry the frosting will taste hard or too sweet. What is your opinion on this?

I'm probably not the person to ask because I LOVE frosting & fondant. My homemade marshmallow fondant is made from marshmallows & sugar, so it tastes good. It will get harder the longer it sits, but my kids still love to eat it!
