This creepy Halloween recipe is for a No-Bake Spiderweb Cheesecake. This spooky cheesecake is a classic vanilla cheesecake colored black and decorated with marshmallows to look like spiderwebs. It’s SO fun and perfect for a Halloween Party!
Ingredients

			- 2 sleeves of Graham Crackers
 - 1 stick of Melted Butter
 - 6 tablespoons of Sugar
 - 2 (8 oz. blocks) of Cream Cheese
 - 3 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
 - 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
 - 1 cup of Powdered Sugar
 - 1 and 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream
 - 1 tube of Black Gel Food Coloring
 - 1 tube of Purple Gel Food Coloring
 - 1 tube of Blue Gel Food Coloring
 - 2 Marshmallows
 
- Spring Form Pan
 - Mixing Bowls
 - Rubber Spatula
 - Electric Mixer
 - Food Processor
 
Instructions
- Start by processing your graham crackers until fine.
 - Mix in your sugar and melted butter.
 - Press into the bottom of a well greased springform pan, and set aside.
 - Beat your cream cheese until smooth.
 - Add in lemon juice, vanilla, powdered sugar, and cream.
 - Mix until smooth.
 - Add in black food coloring and beat until well combined.
 - Add in remaining food coloring and beat until smooth.
 - Pour into your prepared pan.
 - Refrigerate overnight.
 - Microwave two marshmallows for 10 seconds.
 - Let cool until you are able to touch them.
 - Knead them between your fingers until they become sticky and stringy, and pull apart.
 - Pull them apart and string them over your cheesecake as shown.
 - Serve your spooky dessert and enjoy!
