Peppermint Dipped Marshmallow for Hot Cocoa are a fun, easy Christmas treat that you can enjoy with family and friends or wrap for a frugal, sweet gift.

- Bag of Large Marshmallows
- 1 cup of Chocolate Chips (or White Chocolate)*
- Small bag of Peppermint candies
- Cute Straws
- Wrap & Ribbon (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate of your choice in a glass microwavable bowl in 15 second intervals (stirring after each) until completely smooth.
- Push the straws into the marshmallows. Place the crushed peppermint into small bowls.
- Dip the marshmallows in chocolate, then into the coating of your choice. Place on wax paper and allow them to set!
- Enjoy!!
Notes
*If you have trouble getting the chocolate smooth, you can add in a teaspoon of shortening or coconut oil.
