If you’re all out of pumpkin pie spice, you can easily make a homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Substitute with just a few basic pantry items and you won’t know the difference! 

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. This recipe yields 5 tablespoons of spice.
