  • 1/2 a cup of Sour Cream
  • 2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz. of canned Green Chiles
  • 1 can of Mexicorn
  • 2 teaspoons of Tajin Seasoning
  • 3 Fresh Jalapeno Slices (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by adding your mayo, sour cream, shredded cheese, chillies, mexicorn, and seasoning to a large mixing bowl.
