Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
Stir until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
- Press the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish, making sure it reaches the corners.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until set in the center.
- Allow the bars to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, strawberry dessert topping, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze evenly over the cooled bars. Let the glaze set before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store cooled brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days (cover with plastic wrap if stacking).
- For longer storage, freeze slices wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in an airtight freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months – thaw at room temperature.
- If you glaze before storing, keep them in a single layer or separate layers with parchment to preserve the beautiful pink top.
