With the holidays just around the corner, I've got cookies on my mind. These Easy Butter Pecan Cake Mix Cookies are delicious, chewy, and insanely easy to make! Starting with a box of butter pecan cake mix, these buttery cookies are chewy and soft with the crunch of pecans and the creaminess of cream cheese frosting!

- (1) Box of Super Moist Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 a cup of Oil
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Place your cake mix, eggs, and oil into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined. (It makes the perfect dough.)
- Knead into a large ball.
- Break off pieces of dough and roll into about 1 inch balls.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten down.
- Bake on 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. I like my cookies very soft, so I did 8 minutes.
- Frost and top with pecans if desired.
