Chewy Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of Butterfinger Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in vanilla and egg.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Stir in Butterfinger Bits.
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minute until edges are set, but center is still soft.
  9. Remove from oven, and let cool 5-7 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
