Easter Cookies with M&Ms

These festive Easter Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with pastel M&M’s. They’re as easy to make as your favorite chocolate chip cookies—no chilling required! Whether baking for a family gathering or just craving a sweet treat, these cookies will brighten up your Easter celebration.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s, Pastel Colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Then stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s/
  5. Then, using your 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop 6 balls of cookie dough onto your parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once the bottoms start to golden, remove the cookies from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack to cool further.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you run out of dough, let cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
