These festive Easter Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with pastel M&M's. They’re as easy to make as your favorite chocolate chip cookies—no chilling required! Whether baking for a family gathering or just craving a sweet treat, these cookies will brighten up your Easter celebration.

- 3/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup M&M’s, Pastel Colors
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla.
- Then stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s/
- Then, using your 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop 6 balls of cookie dough onto your parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Once the bottoms start to golden, remove the cookies from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack to cool further.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you run out of dough, let cool and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
