This Easy Caramel Peach cake is buttery and sweet and is a perfect example of Southern Comfort food.
- 2 cans Luck's Fried Peaches or Luck's Fried Peaches with Cinnamon (I used the plain ones)
- 1/2 cup Easy Homemade Caramel Sauce (plus extra to drizzle on top)
- 1 (15.25 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grab a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Then layer the ingredients one on top of the other.
First the peaches (juice and all).
Then drizzle with caramel.
Next sprinkle and spread the cake mix over the top evenly.
Then add pats of butter all over.
And last - sprinkle with cinnamon (maybe a little more evenly than I did 😉 ).
Bake for 45 minutes or until brown & bubbly. Cool for 10-15 minutes then serve with ice cream and more caramel!
You could add nuts to the top of this if you'd like some extra crunch!
