This Red, White and Blue Trifle is perfect for summer gatherings and patriotic holidays. It’s a delicious combination of cake, berries, and a fluffy mixture of pudding, cream cheese, and whipped cream!

- 1 (10 ounce) loaf Angel Food Cake
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 ounce Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 cup of Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup Strawberry Pie Filling
- 1 pint Blueberries
- Patriotic Sprinkles
Equipment needed:
- Trifle Serving Dish (7 inches wide)
Instructions
- Start by cutting your angel food cake into squares. Add your cream cheese, pudding mix coffee, creamer, Cool Whip, and vanilla extract to a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined and thick. Divide into thirds.
- Start with a third of your pudding on the bottom. Add half of your cake on top. Followed by your strawberry pie filling.
- Add another layer of pudding, the rest of your cake, and a layer of blueberries.
- Top with the remaining pudding mixture and patriotic sprinkles!
- Serve immediately or chilled and enjoy!
