Description

Grab a bag of Fritos crunchy corn chips, a can of chili, and some cheese, then you’re all set to make this 3-Ingredient Frito Chili Pie. This sheet pan recipe for Chili Frito Pies is perfect for parties, a movie night, or the big game day! 

Ingredients

  • 9.25 ounce bag Fritos chips
  • 2 15 ounce can chili with beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional garnish: 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. To your parchment paper lined 9×13 baking sheet add the Fritos.
  3. Top the Fritos with the chili.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until the chili is heated through and the cheese has melted. 

Equipment

Notes

  • The chili can be meatless or beanless.
  • You can top the chili pie with jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and anything you can think of.
  • If time is not on your side you can heat the chili up and put it on top of the Fritos and immediately add the cheese so the cheese melts.
