Grab a bag of Fritos crunchy corn chips, a can of chili, and some cheese, then you’re all set to make this 3-Ingredient Frito Chili Pie. This sheet pan recipe for Chili Frito Pies is perfect for parties, a movie night, or the big game day!

- 9.25 ounce bag Fritos chips
- 2 15 ounce can chili with beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional garnish: 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- To your parchment paper lined 9×13 baking sheet add the Fritos.
- Top the Fritos with the chili.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the chili is heated through and the cheese has melted.
Notes
- The chili can be meatless or beanless.
- You can top the chili pie with jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and anything you can think of.
- If time is not on your side you can heat the chili up and put it on top of the Fritos and immediately add the cheese so the cheese melts.
