Description
Frozen S’mores are the best combination of a sweet, frozen treat (like an ice cream sandwich with graham crackers) and a wonderful summer and fall indulgence (s’mores!). Made with a creamy marshmallow layer then dipped in chocolate, these are a perfect treat for a sleepover, dessert, or a summer party!

- 2 (8 oz.) packages of Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. of Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup of Milk
- 2 (3.3 oz) packages of White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 cup of Dehydrated Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of Marshmallow Ice Cream Topping
- 12 Graham Crackers
- 1 lb. of Milk Chocolate Almond Bark
- 1/2 cup of Melted White Melting Chocolate
- Sprinkles (optional)
Tools Needed:
- Piping Bag
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Small Microwavable Bowl
Instructions
- Start by adding your cream cheese, cool whip, milk, pudding mix, dehydrated marshmallows, and marshmallow topping to a stand mixer.
- Mix on high until well combined and stiff.
- It is easiest to add the mixture to a piping bag, and pipe onto a graham cracker.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Place your almond bark in the microwave for one minute. Repeat until melted, stirring after each minute, until smooth.
- Dip each s’more and then place on parchment paper to set. Top with sprinkles immediately (if desired). Once chocolate is set, melt down your white candy melts (if desired). Place in a piping bag, and drizzle over your s’mores.
- Serve frozen and enjoy! A cool treat for summer!
