Galentine’s Charcuterie Board (Valentine’s Day Charcuterie)

Serve a Galentine’s Charcuterie Board for your best friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day! This savory board is perfect for a girls night with meats, cheeses and fruits in a pretty presentation.

- 1 4oz wedge Brie cheese
- 4oz Stilton cheese with Cranberry
- 2oz Munster cheese slices
 Meats:
- 3 oz Salami slices
- 4 oz Pepperoni slices
- 4 oz Spicy pepperoni nuggets
Dip or Drizzle
- 1/2 cup Honey
Nuts and Crackers
- 1 box Entertainment Crackers
- 3 oz pretzel bites
- 2 oz whole almonds
- 2 oz chopped walnuts
Fruits and Vegetables
- 4 oz Strawberry/ some chocolate covered
- 3 oz Raspberry
- 1 Red apple
- 4 oz green Olives
Optional Garnish:
- Sprigs of sage
Instructions
Making a Pepperoni Rose
- Place the slices of pepperoni folded in half over a rim of a small cup, overlapping a little.
- Turn the pepperoni rose over and place it on the board.
How to Make a Galentine’s Charcuterie Board
- Prepare the cheeses for placement on your serving board. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to slice the Munster into heart-shaped slices.
- Place the cheeses on the board in random spots, leaving a little bit of space for other ingredients.
- Crumble portions of the cranberry Stilton cheese. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the Brie wedge and then drizzle with honey.
- Fold the slices of salami in half and stick a toothpick in it. Fill each toothpick with 3-4 slices and place them in a spot.
- Add one or more pepperoni roses to your board.
- Cut the strawberries in half, and twist so that some form a heart-like image. Place on the board.
- Slice the apples into thin slices and place on the board.
- Add the crackers to start filling in the board. Remember to try and keep like things separate.
- Add the remaining ingredients and smaller items in bowls throughout the board filling in the empty spaces and keeping like foods separate as possible.
- Finish by adding any decorative garnishes.
- Serve and enjoy!
