Description

Homemade Cookie Monster Ice Cream is delicious no-churn vanilla ice cream loaded with chunks of cookies. And this bright blue ice cream with two types of cookies is a cookie lover’s dream!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 to 5 drops Blue Gel Food Coloring
  • 1 cup Chopped Oreos
  • 1 cup Chopped Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 1/2 cup Mini White Chocolate Chips
  • Bread Pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Ice Cream Cones (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by beating your heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Next, add in your condensed milk, vanilla, blue food coloring, and beat on high until well combined.

  3. Line your bread pan with parchment paper and pour in half of your blue ice cream batter.

  4. Top with half of your chopped Oreos and chopped chocolate chip cookies.

  5. Pour in your remaining blue batter and top with your remaining chocolate chip cookies, Oreos and white chocolate chips.

  6. Place in the freezer overnight. Be sure to cover it so it does not get freezer burned.

  7. Scoop it out and serve in cones. Enjoy!
