How to Create the Perfect Valentine Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Start by placing your brownie mix, water, eggs, and oil into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix on high until smooth.
  4. Fill each silicone mold ¾ of the way with brownie batter. Sprinkle chips on top of each brownie and lightly press into the batter.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Remove the brownies from the molds.
  6. Clean out your molds.
  7. Melt down your pink melting chocolates in the microwave. Do 45 second intervals, stirring after each until melted and smooth.
  8. Fill each mold ¼ of the way with melted chocolate. Press a cooled brownie back into the mold on top of the chocolate. Place in the fridge for about an hour until chocolate is set. Do not try to pull out early.
  9. Remove the chocolate covered brownies from the molds.
  10. Pour your melted white chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle over each brownie.
  11. Top with sprinkles.
  12. Serve and enjoy! These make the perfect Valentine’s Day treat.
