White Chocolate Peppermint Bark (Two Ingredients + 10 Minutes)

Description

This Easy Peppermint Bark is made with only 2 ingredients and it’s ready to eat in 10 minutes! Perfect for gifting, Christmas parties, and to make with kids!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz. White Melting Wafers or Vanilla (White) Almond Bark
  • 1 cup of crushed candy canes (peppermint) or Peppermint Crunch

Instructions

  1. Melt 24 oz. of white melting wafers in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between each until it’s completely smooth.
  2. At this point, you can stir in the peppermint if you like and then follow the directions below/
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the melted white chocolate wafers onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the peppermint and sprinkles.
  5. Pick up (just a few inches) and drop the pan a few times to even out the candy.
  6. Stick in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes to set.
  7. Break into pieces, and it’s ready to eat!!
