Description
Sugared Berries are really easy to make and add a special pizazz to any dessert. You only need three ingredients and I love to use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes and more! My kids also love to just pop them in their mouths for a snack!

Instructions
- Rinse the fruit and let it air-dry at room temperature.
- Place the egg whites in a small, shallow bowl and whisk it to break up any stringiness.
- Dip the fruit in the egg whites, completely covering it. Let any excess drip off.
- Dip and/or roll the fruit in the sugar*.
- Place on a wire rack over a cookie sheet and allow it to dry overnight (or 8 hours).
- Serve within 12 hours of making it.
Notes
* You can use superfine sugar, granulated sugar, sanding sugar, or coarse sugar. Powdered sugar will not work.
