This Ravioli Lasagna is a great option for a busy family who needs an easy dinner recipe. The four simple ingredients include layers of ravioli, your favorite pasta sauce, Italian sausage, and cheese! Your entire family will love this easy, lazy lasagna recipe.

- 1 pound ground Italian Sausage (mild, spicy or sweet)
- 1 (45 ounce) jar Pasta Sauce (or two 24 ounce jars, this recipe is very flexible), marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 (48 ounce) bag Frozen Ravioli (cheese, spinach or mushroom)(or two 24 ounce bags)
- 16 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, sliced or shredded
- Parmesan (optional)

- non-stick cooking spray
- skillet
- 9x13 baking dish
- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown the ground Italian sausage in a skillet. Draining is optional.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and remove from heat.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add approximately 1.5 cups of the meat sauce to the bottom of the dish and spread out into a thin layer.
- Add the following layers:
- Half the frozen ravioli.
- Half the mozzarella cheese
- Half of the remaining pasta sauce
- Remaining ravioli.
- Remaining pasta sauce.
- Remaining mozzarella.
- Spray a piece of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray and loosely cover the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Optional: top with shredded parmesan and/or basil
- Enjoy with garlic bread and/or a side salad.
- Serve warm & enjoy!
