Description

Love Little Debbie Swiss Rolls? This no-churn Swiss Roll Ice Cream is the perfect homemade treat! Creamy, chocolatey, and packed with chunks of Swiss Rolls, it’s a fun and easy dessert that tastes just like the classic snack—no ice cream maker needed!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 packet of Milk Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • (6) Swiss Roll Cakes

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping your heavy cream in a hand mixer, on high, until stiff.
  2. Add in your sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Add in your pudding mix and FIVE swiss roll cakes.
  4. Mix until well combined, and pour into a metal bread pan.
  5. Top with your remaining swiss roll (crumbled up).
  6. Place in the freezer overnight.

Notes

  • Line your loaf pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup!
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract to amp up the flavor.
  • If you don’t have a loaf pan, you can use an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan to freeze your ice cream. You could even call this a Swiss Roll Ice Cream Cake.
