Little Debbie Ice Creams
Back in December 2020, I shared my first homemade version of a Little Debbie ice cream: Christmas Tree Cakes Ice Cream. You can check that out here.
Then in February 2022, Little Debbie officially partnered with Hudsonville Ice Cream to launch a full line of snack cake-inspired flavors.
The dreamy collection featured everything from Oatmeal Creme Pies and Cosmic Brownies to Star Crunch, Swiss Rolls, Zebra Cakes, Honey Buns, Strawberry Shortcake Rolls, and Nutty Bars.
Swoon-worthy, right?
Since then, I’ve been recreating these favorites at home—one flavor at a time. Today, I’m adding Swiss Rolls Ice Cream to the list, joining:
- Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie Batter Ice Cream
- Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes Ice Cream (holiday favorite)
- Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Rolls Ice Cream
- Little Debbie Honey Buns Ice Cream – Vanilla Ice Cream with a Honey Glaze and pieces of Honey Buns.

How to Make Little Debbie Swiss Rolls Ice Cream
- Grab a large bowl and start by whipping your heavy cream in a hand mixer, on high speed, until stiff peaks form.
- Add in your sweetened condensed milk and mix on medium speed until well combined.
- Add in your pudding mix and FIVE swiss roll cakes.
- Mix until well combined and each Swiss Roll Cake is broken into pieces.
- Pour into a metal bread pan or other prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
- Crumble the remaining Swiss Rolls and place on top of the ice cream.
- Place in the freezer overnight.

Pro Tips
- Line your loaf pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup!
- Add a splash of vanilla extract to amp up the flavor.
- If you don’t have a loaf pan, you can use an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan to freeze your ice cream. You could even call this a Swiss Roll Ice Cream Cake.

Serving Suggestions
Serve in a bowl with Swiss Cake Rolls, a spoonful of marshmallow creme, and a drizzle of Hot Fudge Sauce to be extra indulgent. You could also do a drizzle of homemade chocolate ganache.
Or scoop it onto a homemade waffle cone. No matter how you eat it, you are going to love it!

Storage Directions
Cover any leftover ice cream with a few layers of plastic wrap or move it into a freezer-safe container to prevent freezer burn.
