No Bake Pecan Pie Dip with Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the softened cream cheese to a stand mixer and mix on high until smooth. 
  2. Add in powdered sugarlemon juicecaramel syrup, and heavy cream. Mix on high for several minutes until thick and stiff. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  3. Spoon the sweet cream cheese mixture into your service dish and smooth out evenly for the creamy base.
  4. For the pecan pie filling, add brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup, egg, vanilla, and pecans to a saucepan.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously. Then lower the temp to medium heat and continue to cook and stir until thick. 
  6. Pour the pecan mixture over the cheesecake layer. Drizzle with caramel or maple syrup if desired. 
  7. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers and enjoy! This will be a must have at every gathering!
