Description
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies also called Peanut Butter Blossoms, are a classic, soft peanut butter cookie – rolled in sugar and crowned with a Hershey’s Kiss.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter- softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1/4 cup for coating
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 24 Hershey Kiss chocolates unwrapped*

- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. You can also use a silicone mat or line with parchment paper if you prefer.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with a paddle attachment, add the butter and ½ cup granulated sugar and brown sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.
- Next add in egg, vanilla and peanut butter and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Add the dry ingredients into the mixer bowl.
- Mix until a loose dough forms.
- Scoop out 2 tbsp of dough and roll into a small ball. Coat in granulated sugar. Place at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie.
Notes
*If you don’t have Kisses on hand, you can also add a square of a Hershey’s bar or a Mini Reese’s Cup.
