Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Recipe, also called Peanut Butter Blossoms, are a classic, soft peanut butter cookie - rolled in sugar and crowned with a Hershey's Kiss. They're easy to make and I love that there's no chilling required. They're perfect for Santa, the holidays, bake sales, potlucks or gift-giving!
Just the other day I updated this Peanut Butter Snowballs recipe. Since then I've been craving all the peanut butter sweets.
I've eaten Nutter Butters, Reese's Dipped Pretzels, and these cookies. Which is funny because usually peanut butter is not at the top of my list for dessert flavors. Right now though - it's hitting the spot!
Maybe you call them Peanut Butter Blossoms?
If you're in the mood for a peanut butter & chocolate combo that's fast and easy to make, make these Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies.
Speaking of fast and easy... if you're down to the last minute on baking for Santa, these come together so quickly! You'll just need a bag of Kisses and pretty much everything else is staple pantry items.
Substitute for Hershey Kisses in Peanut Butter Blossoms?
The night I was writing this post, I needed to bake one more batch to make sure the ingredients were correct. I thought I had Kisses on hand, but I didn't. I went with Fun-Size Hershey Bars (broke in half) and they worked perfectly!! 😊
Also, the recipe makes enough that you can enjoy a few yourself with a tall glass of milk and still have extras for Santa 😉
