Description

This Slow Cooker White Hot Chocolate is creamy and delicious.  Topped with marshmallows and caramel – it’s so delicious!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract (make it homemade!)
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows fluff
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • Caramel sauce, to drizzle
  • Mini marshmallows, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the white chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla to the slow cooker and t urn on high. Cook for 2 hours, stirring after the first half hour.
  2. After 2 hours, add the marshmallows fluff and heavy cream and cook for another 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
  3. When ready to serve, divide between glasses, top with some marshmallows, caramel, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Tip: This recipe can be doubled or tripled if you have a large enough slow cooker and want to serve a crowd!
