This Smoked Cream Cheese Dip with Corn, Black Beans, and Bacon is the perfect blend of creamy, smoky, spicy, and savory. Baked low and slow in a skillet, it’s packed with Tex-Mex ingredients and topped with crispy bacon and melted cheese—ideal for game day, parties, or anytime snacking with crackers or chips!

Ingredients

  • (3) Blocks of Cream Cheese
  • Smoked Rub (seasoning)
  • 1 cup of Green Onions
  • 1 cup of Black Beans
  • 1 can of Corn (drained)
  • 2 Jalapenos (chopped)
  • Shredded Cheese (for topping)
  • Crumbled Cooked Bacon (for topping)
  • Crackers (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your cream cheese in the center of your iron skillet.
  2. Cover your cream cheese in your smoked rub.
  3. Add your green onions, black beans, corn, and jalapenos.
  4. Place in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 and half hours.
  5. Remove from your oven and stir.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and cook crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
