- Smoked Rub (seasoning)
- 1 cup of Green Onions
- 1 cup of Black Beans
- 1 can of Corn (drained)
- 2 Jalapenos (chopped)
- Shredded Cheese (for topping)
- Crumbled Cooked Bacon (for topping)
- Crackers (for dipping)
Instructions
- Start by placing your cream cheese in the center of your iron skillet.
- Cover your cream cheese in your smoked rub.
- Add your green onions, black beans, corn, and jalapenos.
- Place in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 and half hours.
- Remove from your oven and stir.
- Top with shredded cheese and cook crumbled bacon.
